Hey, it’s me, Brian’s less creepy Apple Vision Pro Persona

A New and Improved Apple Vision Pro Persona: My Transformation

Hello there! It’s Brian ([@bheater](twitter:bheater)) speaking. I hope this message finds you well. Apologies if our previous encounter left you feeling uneasy. Let me assure you, things have changed. I’ve undergone some significant improvements, which I believe will put your mind at ease.

My transformation began with the latest VisionOS 1.1 update. This technological advancement allowed me to evolve into a more refined persona. Gone are the days of being rough around the edges. While I admit I still need to continue growing, the progress I’ve made is undeniably positive.

You may notice the difference yourself during our current FaceTime conversation. My appearance is less unsettling – though far from conventionally attractive – and I no longer halt conversations due to unintended quirks. For instance, my floating, translucent spectacles remain present yet less disruptive.

The update became available yesterday, and I eagerly installed it first thing this morning. To accommodate these enhancements, I had to re-register my facial features – a necessary step towards embracing my new self.

While the Persona feature remains in beta, Apple acknowledges that further development is required. Rest assured, I too recognize that there is room for improvement. However, I am optimistic about the future and excited to see what 1.2 has in store.

In conclusion, I wanted to share my journey with you. Though we met under unusual circumstances, I trust that this interaction will prove to be a more enjoyable experience. Here’s to continued growth and innovation!
